Warranty at a Glance
Warranty coverage varies by product and component. Coverage applies to eligible manufacturing defects during the applicable warranty period and does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification or normal wear.

Frame & Structural Parts
Frame — 12 Months
Covers manufacturing-related quality issues including natural deformation, open welding, desoldering and fractures caused by poor manufacturing.
Front Fork Components, Handlebars, Folding Tubes & Saddle Tubes — 12 Months
Manufacturing-related defects are covered during the applicable warranty period.
Damage caused by self-modification or collisions is not covered.
Basic & Wear Parts
Tires — 1 Month
Coverage applies only to product quality issues present in the received product. Punctures caused by sharp objects, insufficient tire pressure, speed bumps, potholes or similar external causes are not covered.
Saddles, Plastic Parts, Round Disc Brake Rotors, Brake Pads & Brake Cables — 3 Months
Kickstands, Fenders, Rear Racks, Pedals, Grips, Cranks, Chainrings, Front Hubs, Rear Hubs, Chains, Shifters, Rear Derailleurs, Protective Covers, Flywheels, Shock Absorbers, Bells, Horns, Lifting Lugs and Connecting Rod Pieces — 6 Months
Man-made damage, self-modification and collision damage are not covered.
Electrical Parts
Controllers, Chargers, Main/Auxiliary Cables, Displays, Front and Rear Brakes, Accelerators, Brake Levers and Pedal Assistance Sensors — 12 Months
Manufacturing-related short circuits, burnout and performance failures may qualify for replacement.
Headlights & Taillights — 6 Months
Water ingress, intentionally cut cables, natural brake wear and man-made damage are not covered.
Motor Parts
Motor — 12 Months
Coverage applies to eligible manufacturing-related issues such as coil phase loss, burning, magnetic steel demagnetization, detachment and wheel shaft deformation.
Motor Hall & Motor Bearing — 12 Months
Coverage includes eligible issues such as hall wire burnout, abnormal bearing noise or bearing failure.
Damage related to insufficient tire pressure, speed bumps, potholes or similar external causes is not covered.
Battery
Battery, Battery Box, Battery Top Cover & Battery Bottom Cover — 12 Months
Eligible faults include poor contact, power failure, inability to store power and battery capacity falling below 60% within the applicable warranty period.
Replacement does not restart the warranty period. Any replacement battery remains covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty.
Water damage and man-made damage are not covered.
Important Warranty Notes
All e-bikes sold by us are brand new and equipped with original factory parts.
Separately purchased accessories are offered at cost price to help customers resolve accessory-related issues quickly. Except for Dead on Arrival (DOA) cases, separately purchased accessories are not covered under warranty.
Second-hand e-bikes and modified e-bikes are excluded from warranty coverage.
Extended warranty service may be purchased on our website. The extended warranty must be purchased together with the product and cannot be purchased separately.
What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not covered under warranty:
• Damage or malfunction caused by failure to follow the instructions for use, maintenance or adjustment in the product manual.
• Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.
• Damage caused by improper use, inadequate storage or accidents.
• Repair costs incurred at unauthorized repair shops without prior approval.
• Minor scratches or damage to accessory packaging caused during logistics or transportation.
• Items returned without our prior written approval.
• Consumable or wear-related parts and conditions, including tires, saddles, plastic components, brakes, brake rotors, brake pads, brake lines and surface scratches, except where otherwise covered for an eligible product quality issue.

Email us a brief description of the problem together with photos or videos, your order number and the platform where the product was purchased.

Our team will assess the information. If the issue is clear, we will provide an appropriate solution promptly.

04 — Troubleshooting
If further investigation is required, follow the troubleshooting instructions provided by our team and send the requested photos or videos.

05 — Replacement Parts
After verifying your order details and delivery address, we will ship the necessary replacement parts when applicable.
