Easy Installation Steps
Attach the metal ring magnet to the movable part of brake lever, keep about 1cm distance from the sensor.
Stick the red 3M sensor pad on the fixed end of brake lever, align it perfectly with the magnet hole.
Keep 0.5cm gap between sensor and magnet for sensitive trigger.
Plug the 3Pin male connector into your e-bike EB-BUS wiring harness. Test braking: squeeze lever to check if motor power cuts off smoothly.
Warm Tips
The sensor supports both hydraulic and mechanical brake levers, retain your original brake structure without modification.
Clean the brake lever surface fully before pasting 3M tape to ensure long-term firm adhesion.
If the motor fails to cut power, adjust the distance between magnet and sensor to 0.5cm for better sensitivity.
