  • Color and Visual Representation: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
  • Compatibility Disclaimer: For Bafang motor kits, conversion components, and spare parts, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility (e.g., bottom bracket size, protocol lines UART/CAN, controller types) prior to purchase. We are not liable for installation damage caused by user error or incompatibility.

  • Compliance with Local Laws: Electric vehicle laws vary significantly by country, state, and region (e.g., speed limits, wattage caps, throttle restrictions, and helmet laws in the US, CA and EU). It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your operation of our products complies with all applicable local transportation laws and registration guidelines.
  • Product Modifications: Any unauthorized modifications made to the motor firmware, controller protocols (UART/CAN), wiring, or speed limiters after purchase are conducted at the user’s own risk. Such actions will automatically void our Warranty Policy, and IndigoEbike shall not be held liable for any resulting hardware malfunctions, accidents, injuries, or legal fines.

Section 8 – Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties (such as installation tutorial videos, Bafang official software links, etc.). We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.
