Structural components of E-Bike

The core components include a battery, electric motor, controller, throttle and brake system, and display instrument. The battery serves as auxiliary power and requires periodic charging.

The steering system consists of an electric power steering unit, a steering motor, and a mechanical steering gear, transmitting steering wheel operation information in real time via sensors.

The assembly design includes key modules such as wheel and axle drives, shock absorber assemblies, and bottom bracket assembly. The overall vehicle structure is presented in AutoCAD drawings with the required accuracy for the five-way joint positioning.

The system employs torque sensing technology to monitor riding effort; mid-to-high-end models are equipped with dual torque sensors (measurement accuracy ±2%, response time <50ms).

The power output system provides assistance in stages based on pedaling effort; a typical configuration includes a 48V/20Ah lithium battery pack and a 350W brushless motor.

Lower-end models use a rear axle dropout sensor; due to deformation errors in the aluminum alloy material, the assistance delay can reach 200-500ms.
