To ensure the best shopping experience, we utilize specialized local overseas warehouses in the United States, Canada and Europe, allowing us to offer local fast delivery for our main electric bicycles and major conversion kits.

Please review our comprehensive shipping guidelines, delivery timeframes, and terms below.

1. Delivery Methods & Timeframes

  • We Deliver To: The continental United States, Canada and European Union member countries.
  • We Cannot Deliver To: P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, military bases, or extremely remote islands (such as Hawaii/Alaska in the US, or overseas territories of European nations). If you enter a P.O. Box at checkout, we will contact you to provide a physical street address before shipping.

A. Orders Shipped from US/CA/EU Local Overseas Warehouses

Mainly applies to standard stock Electric Bicycles (E-Bikes), high-demand Bafang Motor Kits and battery.

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Courier Services: We partner with premium local carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD and so on, to ensure safe and trackable doorstep delivery.

B. Orders Shipped from Our China Factory

Applies to custom-configured electric scooters, electric bikes, out-of-stock warehouse models, specialized conversion parts, and replacement accessories.

  • Order Processing Time: 2–5 business days (custom items may take longer).
  • Shipping & Delivery Time:
    Express Shipping: 4-12 Business Days
    Air Freight: 12-25 Business Days
    Sea / Rail Freight: 35-50 Business Days
    Please note that shipping times may fluctuate depending on your specific delivery address. Furthermore, delivery may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, political instability/war, customs inspections, etc. The timelines above are for reference only.

2. Special Shipping Note for Lithium Batteries

Please note that Lithium-ion Batteries (including Bafang downtube/rear rack batteries and e-bike replacement batteries) are legally classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods (UN38.3).

  • Batteries may be shipped separately from electric bike frames or motor kits to comply with international transportation regulations.
  • Battery shipments require specialized courier handling. As a result, tracking updates may experience a 2–3 day delay during transit. Total delivery time for batteries from overseas warehouses is typically 4–8 business days.

3. Order Tracking

  1. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send an email to the email address you left when placing the order, with your tracking information.
  2. If you do not receive this email or have any inquiries regarding shipping, please contact us at amy@indigoebike.com.
  3. You can check the status of your parcel according to your order prompting the logistics method according to the following 17track.
  4. If your package is shipped, it cannot be intercepted for free.
  5. If you need to cancel the order, you will need to bear the shipping fee for the return package and the shelf operation fee.

4. Shipping Damages & Lost Packages

  • Inspection Upon Arrival: Please inspect the external packaging carefully upon delivery. If the box is noticeably crushed, torn, or damaged, you must take clear photos of the damaged box before opening it. To eligibility for a free replacement or refund, a full unboxing video or clear photos showing both the shipping label, the outer packaging, and the damaged items inside are strictly required as proof for shipping carrier insurance claims.
  • Damaged or Missing Parts: If you find any component damaged or missing after opening the box, please contact us at amy@indigoebike.com within 3 to 5 business days of delivery. You must provide your order number and sufficient photo/video evidence. Our technical support team will review the issue within 24-48 hours. Once confirmed as a transportation or manufacturing defect, we will arrange replacement parts from our local warehouse at no extra cost to you.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 10 consecutive business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays), please contact our support team. We will initiate an official trace with the carrier. Please note that carrier investigations can take up to 7-14 business days.
  • Delivered but Missing: If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please check around your property or with neighbors/front desks first. We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost after successful delivery confirmation by the carrier. For high-value orders, we highly recommend selecting “Signature Required” shipping at checkout.
